Customer Centricity
Customer centricity is a core strategic enabler for Jubilant Ingrevia. The Company serves customers across pharmaceutical, nutrition, agrochemical, consumer and industrial sectors with a diversified portfolio of high-quality products and customised solutions that meet rigorous global standards. Client needs are placed at the forefront of strategic and operational decisions, supported by a structured Key Account Management framework and regional business development hubs in the United States, Europe and Japan.
World-class Safe Operations
World-class, safe operations are a strategic imperative. Our Bharuch facility has been recognised as a World Economic Forum Lighthouse Factory for deploying over 30 Fourth Industrial Revolution use cases, while all major sites are certified for Responsible Care, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. In FY 2025 we maintained strong ESG and safety performance, with investments of over USD 6 million in renewable-energy assets, zero-liquid-discharge systems across facilities and continuous digital monitoring to embed a “zero-harm” culture.

Innovation
Scientific innovation and digital transformation are at the core of our value-creation model. Three advanced R&D centres in Noida, Gajraula and Bharuch house 150 scientists, supported by multi-purpose pilot plants and more than 35 chemistry platforms under one roof. AI-based retrosynthesis tools, 50+ active R&D manufacturing projects and our DSIR-recognised Greater Noida facility accelerate route design, reduce development risk and strengthen our CDMO and specialty-chemicals pipeline for pharma, agro and semiconductor customers.
Sustainability
Sustainability is embedded at the core of our strategy, aligning with UN Global Compact principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals to drive long-term value for all stakeholders. Since pioneering structured sustainability reporting in India in 2003, Jubilant Ingrevia has consistently maintained global best practices in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance. At Jubilant Ingrevia, this translates into a strong focus on renewable energy, resource efficiency, circular-economy practices, responsible waste management and community development, underpinned by robust ESG frameworks and independently benchmarked performance.
