Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre (JBFMC) and Ayushmaan Card Campaign
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation have received Leadership award for Project Arogya of Health domain for reaching out to the vulnerable communities under the 11th India CSR Awards.
Provide affordable health care facility, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has started community health care service which includes Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre (JBFMC) and Mobile Health Camp. This helped us to empower community hence strengthening the health care facility in the area. For the month of December 1343 Outgoing patients were registered at JBFMC and 1786 patients were registered through Mobile Dispensary and 113 ayushmaan card has been made.
Pashu Sakhi Project
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with The Goat Trust has started two projects on livestock – Goatry and Poultry. Under this project 500 hundred famers and 100 farmers have been registered. 10 Pashu sakhi’s have been trained who are helping these farmers by creating awareness on health. They act as health agent for these Goatry and poultry farmers. Grading & Selection of new Pashu Sakhis under the Pashu Sakhi project being going on.
Under the Pashu Sakhi – Goatry Project, 78 Artificial Insemination, 143 deworming and 27 treatments have been done under the goatry project and monitoring of chicken is going on under the poultry projects.
CLAP Project (Continued Learning Access Project)
In order to address the issues related on online education HP in collaboration with JBF started CLAP (Continued Learning Access Project) project. Under this laptop and Wi-Fi facility is provided to registered students. Currently we have 5456 beneficiary registered under this project. We have covered 35 schools under this project. 456 beneficiaries have completed their 20 hr training on basic and advance computer skills, finance management and vocational courses. 434 students have completed their certification course with HP Life portal.
Digital Sakhi Project-
Frontier Markets, is the largest tech-first women-led social commerce platform connecting end-to-end solutions to rural customers via technology and women entrepreneurs. The strong network of 12,500+ women entrepreneurs called Saral Jeevan Sahelis, leverage their social. It basically focus on providing additional source of livelihood for Self Help Group (SHG) women.
“Digital Sakhi” a rural distribution platform initiative of Frontier Market has been initiated at Gajraula. It is an initiative to promote rural women entrepreneurs along with connecting rural areas to the e-commerce platform. Currently, a total of 434 sahelis have been on-boarded out of 500 Sahelis. These Sahelis will take the order of FMCG, Agriculture, & electronic products by doing door-to-door visit in their villages. In return they will earn a commission for every order placed by them. This week a total of 256 orders have been made through Saral Jeeven Sahelis from 15 villages
Muskaan Vigyanshala
In order to promote science education among students of primary and upper primary school JBF in collaboration with Agastya Foundation has started Muskaan Vigyaanshala project(Mobile Science Lab).With the help of science models of different human torso experiments on different human body parts &light was explained to the govt. schools students in 15 Upper Primary Schools of No. of Beneficiaries – 467

World Aids Day
On the occasion of world AIDS awareness day, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Bharuch team conducted an awareness drive for employees, contractual workers at our plant premises. Dr.Hemant Chauhan, Senior Manager of OHC, Dr.Shailesh Nakum, Deputy Manager CSR, and Ms. Sejal Chauhan, Jubilant CSR Fellow took three awareness sessions covering important points like the meaning of HIV, AIDS, how it spreads, how to get tested, do's and don'ts etc. A total of 122 employees and contract labourers participated in this drive and were quizzed on AIDS related information.
Malnutrition Programme: Awareness Camps & Nutritional Kits Distribution
In collaboration with the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) initiative, the Jubilant Bhartia Bharuch team has committed to support over 200 identified malnourished children in Vagra Taluka for three months. The main goal of this programme is to improve the nutritional health of malnourished children aged 0 to 6. This month, we carried out our third Nutrition Kits Distribution Drive to all identified malnourished children in Vagra Taluka. We distributed kits to previously identified 200 malnourished children as well as newly found malnourished children.
End TB Project: Nutritional Kits Distribution
In collaboration with the District Tuberculosis Division Bharuch, Jubilant Bhartia Bharuch team has committed to support over 55 active TB patients at Derol Primary Healthcare Center (PHC), Navetha PHC, Palej PHC & Nandelav PHC for six months. The main goal of this programme is to improve the nutrition & treatment outcome of TB patients. This month, we carried out our second Nutrition Kits Distribution Drive to all our active TB patients.
Khushiyon ki Paathshala- Teacher’s Training and Felicitation
Khushiyon Ki Pathshala (KKP) aims at orienting the children to face the outer world with the right attitude and values. It is a process of overall personality development of an individual. It includes character development, personality development, citizenship development and spiritual development in a fun and effective way using creative and specialized methodology. The methodology includes working with select teachers to enhance their ability to facilitate learning life skills and active citizenship education in their classrooms. These teachers will then train teachers at their block or districts and thus create rippling effects of change in the communities. Similarly, a curriculum is designed for students which will enhance their capacity to practice life skills in their day to day life and also engage with the community as responsible citizens. In this financial year we aim to reach 60 teachers at Bharuch location through this initiative. This month Bharuch team initiated the project by training 32 teachers in this curriculum impacting 09 Schools directly.
Maths-Science Exhibitions
In order to provide science education to rural school students, the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with Agastya Foundation has established a Mobile Science Lab. This programme offers underprivileged school students in 6th to 8th grade, access to innovative, practical educational experiences at 14 schools in the Bharuch and Vagra taluka region. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation and Agastya Foundation engaged in science and math exhibitions at Karmad Public School and a three-day district-level science and math fair at Vagra Kumar School in Bharuch as part of this program. Our Mobile Science Lab's exhibit at the fairs was well-received by the students, staff, and education officers. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Bharuch team CSR Coordinators were invited as the Chief Guest, and the team was delighted to felicitate all of the students who participated in the Science-Math Fairs by awarding them with certificates and prizes in acknowledgment of their efforts.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Nira conducted a Health talk for Samta Ashram School, Padegaon
However, from several accounts, it is being found that the Ashram School children live in precarious conditions, even as the ashram schools are actually providing lodging and boarding facilities, uniforms, books and note books and educational materials to its inmates, so to meet their educational and minimal needs of food, clothing and health.
To achieve the good health and develop the good hygiene practices among the students JBF conducted Health Talk for the students of Ashram school. On 5th Dec 2022, around 400 students were benefited of this health talk.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation recognizes that the future of development depends on instilling values of service, dedication, and leadership in the most promising individuals among the next generation.
What 2nd TOT is about how to integrate philanthropy and community service. we spent trying to learn how services were affecting people on the ground. we started to understand the stories of people we would have never come across. What PRAVAAH taught us was the most important thing in community work is the people we serve. The most important thing is that we extend our heart fully without judgment.
Jewellery Making Training at Jubilant Training Centre, Nira.
Jewellery Making Training has been organized with 32 SHG’s women in Nira, provided on the interest of SHG members and demand of such Jewellery in the season of Makarsankranti in Maharashtra.
The training has conducted at Jubilant Training Centre, Nira on 24th Dec 2022 with aim to enhance opportunity for economic empowerment of this women. This training will develop skills, capabilities of SHG’s members and will become self-independent, self-esteem to get employment or starting the entrepreneurship activity. Total 32 women are benefited.
Health check-up camp at Z.P Primary School, Nira No.02
Free health check-up camp was organized by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Nira, at Z.P. Primary School, Nira No. 02. The camp had participation of around 150 students and 5 Teachers staff. Dr. Chandrakant Inamke sensitized the students about daily health practices and balanced diet.
Khann Jewellery Making at Jubilant Training center, Nira
The khann Jewellery training has been conducted at Jubilant Training Center, Nira on 29th December 2022.
Mr. Vikas Kale, Master trainer has delivered various practical sessions, on i.e. understanding the art of Jewellery making, Selection type of Jewellery materials, quality finishing and developing skill to entrepreneur and sustainable business. 12 women are trained.
