We Mentorship Orientation and Context Setting at ITI Dashrath
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Savli conducted an orientation and context setting event with 15 women of Dashrath ITI under its WEMentorship project. The women were briefed by their faculty, CSR team and Minakshi from Head Held High Foundation. WEMentorship is a woman empowerment based mentorship project aimed at increasing the share of women’s footfall at ground level of manufacturing.
Muskaan Kitaab Ghar- Employee Engagement via Reading Room Set-up
Muskaan Kitaab Ghar is an Employee Engagement initiative where our employees across Jubilant Group are supporting schools end-to-end in setting up a reading room. Employee volunteers distributed 53 Kits at schools of Savli Taluka. Many volunteers donated these kits in their surrounding villages, NGOs as well. Muskaan Kitaab Ghar Kit in Savli contains 87 reading books in English and Gujarati. It is easy to set up and move. Our Library Management system is provided to these schools free of cost.
Community Interface Meeting
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation,Savli organised its annual Community Interface meeting with its key stakeholders of Juna Samlaya, Karchiya and Pasva village. Plant leadership of Jubilant Ingrevia and Jubilant Agri and consumer products addressed the stakeholders and explained about the plant. Active participants of the villages were awarded. Opinion leaders, Sarpanches, Talati and others asked questions about the community and gave suggestions for its betterment.
Muskaan Vigyaanshala- Science Exhibition at Inter-High-School Level
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Savli in association with Agastya Foundation organized a high school Interschool level science exhibition and competition where 5 schools participated and 700+ Students attended. 60 participants across 28 models were presented. Chief guest Mr. Gurish Khosla, Mr. Neeraj Tripathi inaugrated the event. Members of organizing committee from JBF and Agastya foundation were also felicitated. The winners of the competition were declared on the closing day- 10th Jan in presence of PSI and other guests.

Republic Day celebration at Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) Medical Centre and Vocational Training Centre
Republic Day is the day when the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950. This replaced the Government of India Act 1935 as the governing document of India, thus turning the nation into a republic separate from British Raj. On the memorable occasion of 74th Republic day, the National flag was hoisted at JBF Vocational Training Center & JBF Medical Center.
Blood Donation Camp
A blood donation camp was organised at the JBF medical center in collaboration with the District Blood Bank, Amroha in which a total of 20 people donated blood. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Pramod - CMO, District Blood Bank.
Pashu Sakhi Project
JBF in partnership with The Goat Trust has started two projects on livestock – Goatry and Poultry. Under this project 500 hundred famers and 100 farmers have been registered. 10 Pashu sakhi’s have been trained who are helping these farmers by creating awareness on health. They act as health agents for these Goatry and poultry farmers. The grading and selection of new Pashu Sakhis is going on.
Under the Pashu Sakhi – Goatry Project, 67 artificial insemination, 138 deworming and 32 treatments have been done. The regular monitoring of chicken is going on under the poultry project.
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre(JBFMC) and Ayushmaan Card Campaign
To provide affordable health care facilities to the masses, JBF has started community health care services which includes Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre (JBFMC) and Mobile Health Camp. Through this partnership JBF has strengthened the health care facility in the area. In the month of December 1278 Outgoing patients were registered at JBFMC and 1645 patients were registered through Mobile Dispensary. There were a total of 107 Ayushmaan cards distributed.
CLAP Project (Continued Learning Access Project)
In order to address the issues related to online education, HP in collaboration with JBF started CLAP (Continued Learning Access Project) project. Under this project, laptop and Wi-Fi facility is provided to registered students. Currently there are 5810 beneficiaries registered and 35 schools covered under this project. Total 477 beneficiaries have completed their 20 hr training on basic and advance computer skills, finance management and vocational courses. 454 students have completed their certification course with HP Life portal.
Digital Sakhi Project-
Frontier Markets is the largest tech-first, women-led social commerce platform providing end-to-end solutions to rural customers via technology and women entrepreneurs. The strong network of 12,500+ women entrepreneurs called Saral Jeevan Sahelis leverage their social network and create employment opportunities. It basically focuses on providing additional source of livelihood for Self Help Group (SHG) women.
‘Digital Sakhi’ is a rural distribution platform initiative of Frontier Markets initiated at Gajraula. It promotes rural women entrepreneurs who in turn connect the nearby rural areas to the e-commerce platforms. Currently, a total of 497 sahelis have been on-boarded out of 500 Sahelis. These Sahelis will take the orders of FMCG, Agriculture, & electronic products by doing door-to-door visits in their villages. In return they will earn a commission for every order placed by them. This week a total of 256 orders have been made through Saral Jeeven Sahelis from 15 villages.
Muskaan Vigyanshala
In order to promote science education among primary and upper primary students, JBF in collaboration with Agastya Foundation started Muskaan Vigyaanshala project (Mobile Science Lab). There was display of various science models and the experiments on magnetism & current was also explained to the students from 15 Primary Govt. schools. There were total 467 beneficiaries

Community Interface Meet 2022-23
JBF Bharuch, organised its annual Community Interface Meet 2022–2023 at Jubilant Infrastructure Limited SEZ Bharuch's plant premises. More than 100 stakeholders from Bharuch, Vagra, and Netrang Talukas attended including Sarpanchas, Opinion Leaders, Health & Education Officers, Anganwadi Workers, School Principals and Teachers, Project Beneficiaries and Community People. The Unit Head, HR Head, PR Head, Accounts Head, EHS Team and CSR Team addressed the stakeholders and felicitated them. The event saw overwhelming feedback from all project beneficiaries and stakeholders.
End TB Project Symptomatic Screening in Bharuch
JBF has always been contributing towards community wellness and actively trying to eradicate the serious infectious disease of tuberculosis. Under its End TB Initiative, JBF Bharuch team mobilized and trained 250 youths in Vagra taluka. These youths volunteered and conducted symptomatic screenings and IEC drives across 14 villages and raised awareness about tuberculosis and detect early symptoms in the local population. These volunteers made a significant contribution to the success of the project as they went from house to house, engaging with the residents and conducting thorough screenings to identify any early signs of TB. These significant efforts enabled the team to gather crucial data and information that will be vital for formulation of future plans to combat the disease.
Entrepreneurship Development Program
JBF Bharuch in association with the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development organised an Advanced Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP). This 12-day program was designed to provide training and support to aspiring entrepreneurs in the local community. The second cohort of the program consisted of 25 trainees from Bharuch, who were eager to start their own entrepreneurial journey and make a positive impact in the local community.
The advanced EDP provided comprehensive training to its participants, covering a wide range of topics including business planning, market research, financial management and the available government schemes for entrepreneurs. The training was delivered by experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of the local market and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
A total of 50 beneficiaries have been able to set up their own enterprises and take advantage of various government schemes designed to support entrepreneurs. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation and the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development are proud to have played a critical role in helping these individuals achieve their goals and shape their entrepreneurial dreams.
Muskaan Shikshak Krida Mahotsav
Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the lives of individuals. JBF holds the similar belief hence to appreciate and celebrate the spirit of teachers, JBF Bharuch organised the Muskaan Shikshak Krida Mahotsav. This celebration saw many teachers from Vagra Taluka areas participate in friendly sport activities with zeal and later on network to form cordial relationships. A total of 88 teachers participated in the Cricket Tournament and it was amazing to see the qualities of teamwork, sportsmanship and brotherhood demonstrated on the ground and even afterwards. Muskaan Shikshak Krida Mahotsav was a big success and all the teachers present expressed their gratitude and wished for more such events in future.
Republic Day Celebration
JBF organised a special celebration in honour of Republic Day at the Skill Upgradation Centre (SUC) in Bharuch attended by the students, faculty and staff, as well as the members of the local community. The festivities covered a range of cultural programs and activities, such as music, dance and speeches. All of these aimed towards highlighting the significance of this day and the values of unity, diversity and democracy. The spirit of patriotism was seen all over..
Distribution of Masks & Sanitizer
As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact communities around the world, the Indian Government has taken steps to curb the spread of the virus and protect public health. In line with this effort, JBF Bharuch team has taken sincere actions to promote public health and awareness by distributing masks and hand sanitizers in the local communities.

Orientation of WEMentorship program at ITI Government College, Malegaon/BK
On 10 January, 2023 the ITI Government College, Malegaon/BK organised a JBF WEMentorship orientation session for their female students.
The event began with the introduction session followed by value based activities to create awareness of our values. The students were given a chance to learn about leadership, soft skills and personality development tips. CSR team at Nira explained the objectives of WEMentorship programme to the students in presence of the Faculty Staff of ITI College.
Health Camp for Drivers
Knowing the importance of creating awareness on road safety, the safety department of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in collaboration with Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Nira organised a Health check-up camp for the Drivers on Monday, 16th January 2023.
Dr. Sanjay More (Jubilant Ingrevia Limited), Dr. Chandrakant Inamke (CSR), Safety Head Mr. Nishant Phad, Mr. Prashant Kshirsagar (Safety Dept), Mr. Yuvraj Kale (Admin Dept), Mr. Ajay Dhage (CSR), Ms. Sayali Funde (CSR) graced the health check-up camp with their presence.
Farmers Meet with Jubilant Consumer
The orientation program was planned and executed by JBF for the farmer community. Under this the farmers were educated and encouraged for tomato and capsicum harvesting.
The program is aimed at helping the farmers to improve the crop productivity and to provide enough supply to the local markets. This would help them earn profits and improve their livelihood.
Mr. Pradeep Mehra (Co-ordinator - Jubilant Consumer) explained the action plan and their expectations. Afterwards, Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Ajay Dhage (CSR) also visited the green house farm of the farmers and gave valuable advise.
Orientation Session by HHH Foundation on WEMentorship Program
HHH Foundation conducted orientation session on WEMentorship project at Government ITI College, Malegaon/BK on 2nd February, 2023.
The orientation program began with a brief introduction and overall view on the project by Mr. Sachin Chavan (HHH). He made the students aware of the current industries demands, the trends and what skills a fresher can develop to meet the industry criteria. The session saw presence of Mr. Ajay Dhage (CSR) and Ms. Sayali Funde (CSR).
Aari-work training at Jubilant Training Center, Nira
JBF conducted Aari-work training at Jubilant Training Center, Nira, on 29th December 2022.
Mr. Vikas Kale and Mrs. Jaya Kale – the Master trainers delivered practical and theory sessions on Aari-work. The training modules were designed keeping in mind the target audience i.e. the women with no prior experience in embroidery. This training session had an attendance of total 45 beneficiaries .
