Activity 1: GET's visit to JBF’s CSR project locations
Induction of Graduate Engineer Trainees on the various projects of Jubilant Bhartia Foundation was conducted on 15th October 2022. They were also taken to the field visit to see and interact with the beneficiaries of the different project. Trainees visited different projects like Frontier Market, Nayee disha , Jubi Farm and HP CLAP project in school.
Activity 2: Social Entrepreneurs India learning visit
On 17th October 2022, team of Schwab Foundation (sister organisation of World Economic Forum) visited Gajraula to see the project implementation of the winners of Social Entrepreneurs of the Year (SEOY) India Award and to interact with the beneficiaries. The team interacted with beneficiaries of the Muskaan fellowship project , Frontier Market, The Goat Trust and Haqdarshak.
Activity 3: Training of ‘END-TB’ volunteers
Training of 60 volunteers under the END TB project was conducted in Jhamanlal Degree College, Hasanpur. Under this project a total of 250 volunteers will undertake the screening of community members to identify TB patients and these patients will be referred to nearest health center for their treatment.
Activity 4: Farmers exposure visit to Agriculture University, Pant Nagar
45 farmers from various villages like Tigaria Khadar, Sultanther, Shehbazpur Dor, Bhikanpur, Sakarthali were taken to the All India Farmer’s Fair and Agro-Industrial Exhibition organised at Pantnagar, Uttrakhand for their exposure related to latest agriculture equipments and seeds.
Mr. Panwar Regional Officer of USPCB also contributed to the session with his very simple and practical solutions to plastic ban. The USPCB team was very supportive and helped Jubilant to conduct the sessions for 3 days.
Activity 5: Inauguration of branch office of Frontier Markets and Muskaan Vigyaanshala
Inauguration of Branch Office of Frontier Markets and Muskaan Vigyaanshala (Mobile science lab) was done by honourable Mr. B.K. Tripathi – DM, Amroha, Mr. Chandrashekhar Shukla – CDO, Mr. Bhagwan Sharan – ADM (F&R), Mr. Maya Shankar Yadav – ADM (J), Mr. Rajesh Raj – SDM, Dhanaura. Mr. Tripathi also interacted with the Saral Jeevan Sahelis (the beneficiaries of the project) and interacted with the students who are learning at the Muskaan Vigyanshala.
Activity 6: Health Camp at Tigri Mela
A free health camp was organized at Tigri mela location in which a total of 1200 people got benefitted. An exhibition of Frontier Markets – Saral Jeevan Sahelis and Muskaan Vigyanshala was also organized at the fair.
Activity 7: Pashu Sakhi Project
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation in partnership with The Goat Trust recently started two projects on livestock – Goatry and Poultry. Under these projects 500 & 100 famers have registered respectively. 10 Pashu Sakhis have been trained who are helping these farmers by creating awareness on health. They act as health agents for these Goatry and Poultry farmers. Grading & selection of new Pashu Sakhis under the Pashu Sakhi project is currently on-going.
Under the Pashu Sakhi – Goatry Project, 37 Artificial Insemination, 129 deworming and 19 treatments have been done and monitoring of chicken is going on under the poultry projects.
Activity 8: Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre (JBFMC) and Ayushmaan Card Campaign
Provide affordable health care facility, Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has started community health care services which includes the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre (JBFMC) and a Mobile Health Camp. This helps to empower the community hence strengthening the health-care facility in the area. For the month of October 2022. 1140 Outgoing patients were registered at JBFMC and 1578 patients were registered through Mobile Dispensary and 114 Ayushmaan cards were made.
Activity 9: CLAP Project (Continued Learning Access Project)
In order to address the issues related on online education, HP in collaboration with JBF started the CLAP (Continued Learning Access Project) project. Under this initiative, laptop and Wi-Fi facility are provided to the registered students. Currently 4291 beneficiaries are registered under this project. JBF has covered 35 schools through the initiative. 345 beneficiaries have completed their 20 hour training on basic and advance computer skills, finance management and vocational courses. 250 students have completed their certification course with HP Life portal. Under the HP CLAP project, an awareness session was conducted among the community children on health & nutrition. A total of 25 students had participated in the nutrition awareness event.
Activity 10: Digital Sakhi Project
Frontier Markets, is the largest tech-first women-led social commerce platform connecting end-to-end solutions to rural customers via technology and women entrepreneurs. The strong network of 12,500+ women entrepreneurs called Saral Jeevan Sahelis, leverage their social network. It basically focusses on providing additional source of livelihood for Self Help Group (SHG) women.
‘Digital Sakhi’ a rural distribution platform initiative of Frontier Markets has been initiated at Gajraula. It is an initiative to promote rural women entrepreneurs along with connecting rural areas to the e-commerce platform. Currently, a total of 167 sahelis have been on-boarded out of 250 Sahelis. These Sahelis will take the order of FMCG, Agriculture, & electronic products by doing door-to-door visits in their villages. In return they will earn a commission for every order placed by them. This week a total of 70 orders have been made through Saral Jeeven Sahelis from 12 villages
Activity 11: Muskaan Fellowship
Muskaan Fellowship is the youth development program of JBF. In this project JBF identifies the youth (called fellows) and work on their capacity building and personality development through different activities and session. Further under this project all the 30 fellows have been given responsibility of 30 government schools where they have to assist the children of different class in their studies. This will help them in their skill development and also help the students of the school to learn new things. Sessions was organized by Muskaan Fellows on Khushiyon ki Pathshala and other education related activities. A total of 150 students from class six to class 8 had participated in these sessions.

Activity 1: Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre
The community healthcare initiative run by the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation is providing affordable, accessible, and equitable healthcare services around 15 villages at our location. Since its inception, our services have helped in strengthening nearby basic healthcare facilities and empowering the local populations to maintain their health. All patients who visit the OPDs also get guidance and knowledge on how to integrate healthier habits into their everyday lives. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre has started day-care services for the local residents, where they may get proper medical evaluation and treatment. The Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Center and mobile dispensary services have provided diagnoses and delivered medicine to a total of 1235 patients in the previous month and 7613 patents till date.
Activity 2: Mobile Science Lab Project
Rural primary school students have been benefiting from the mobile science lab program of Jubilant Bhartia Foundation. The program is functioning smoothly in schools and assisting students in the science subjects by providing them with opportunities to participate in hands-on experiments. The staff of the Mobile Science Lab also participated in a Teacher Training Program, designed to improve their knowledge, abilities, and tools for the classroom. This professional development programme will help them better serve the students. In several schools, the Mobile Science lab is running winter camps too. This six-day camp provides students with a pleasant learning experience while covering a variety of subjects including kitchen chemistry, food adulteration and much more.
Activity 3: Muskaan Fellowship 2022-2023 Learning Retreat 1
Muskaan Fellowship is a year-long mentorship and training program for the rural adolescents. The program nurtures the leadership traits of the fellows and mentors them into a goal-oriented future and active-citizenship. In financial year 2022-2023 a total of 15 fellows were imparted leadership training which focuses on self-awareness, self-expression and self-belief and also on values like Kindness, Trust, Integrity and Commitment. The JBF’s Muskaan Fellows have begun conducting Khushiyo Ki Pathshala sessions in various schools. The students enjoy the sessions and the teachers have also been supportive of the project.
Activity 4: Exhibition of Diwali Decorative Items Made By Underprivileged Women & People With Disabilities
In collaboration with the Jan Shikshan Sansthan Bharuch, the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Bharuch team organized an exhibition of Diwali decorative items made by underprivileged women, and people with disabilities. The earnings will be distributed to all these individuals who were engaged in the manufacturing process, enabling them to support themselves and sustain a livelihood.

Activity 1: The ‘End TB’ Project
Under the ‘End Tuberculosis’ Initiative of Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, the Savli team organised a training and awareness camp for 100 volunteers and 60 TB patients. The volunteers were trained to conduct household surveys for symptomatic screening and 60 TB patients were distributed nutrition kit for better recovery. These patients also receive nutrition support from JBF till their treatment is completed. This event was graced by the Interim District TB officer Ms Jyotika K, PHC CMO- Dr. Chetna R, ASHA Workers, Multipurpose workers and Jubilant team.

Activity 1: Khushiyon Ki Paathshala (1st Cohort) - 17th September
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation believes an exemplary citizen is made, not born. Just as one learns mathematics and languages, one should also become a specialist in those lessons that are fundamental to living in harmony and social progress such as respect, trust, empathy, love, equality, integrity and active listening. Without and other ethical principles that define us as human beings, it will be difficult to build a better world.
Khushiyon Ki Paathshala was implemented successfully at Nira site. A one-day teacher’s training workshop was conducted. Total 32 teachers were trained by Ms. Sayali Funde (CSR Dept). Mr. Ajay Dhage (CSR). The Teachers Training enable the teachers with values and encourage them to implement those on their students.
Activity 2: JBF’s Ambulance unit enables the health of seasonal sugarcane harvester
JBF’s Ambulance is designed and developed to enables and provide the basic medical support to the patients living in the tribal, rural geographies.
Sugarcane cutters (migrants) have to work twelve or fifteen hours in a day and face various health obstacles. As they live in harsh circumstances and in unhygienic conditions, they suffer from various health problems and are prone to disease like body ache, sun stroke, skin irritation and lung diseases. Migrants are not able to access various health and family care programs as they do not belong to the organized sector. JBF’s ambulance unit enables and supports the basic health of migrants. JBF Ambulance offers medicines along with counselling by Dr. Chandrakant Inamake (Nira Block) to spread awareness on healthy hygiene practices.
The JBF Ambulance at Nira unit has reached to 871 Patients in the month of October.
Activity 3: JBF’s Muskan Fellows has started their first LR’s.
JBF’s Muskan Fellows have started their values sessions in their respective locations. Muskan Fellowship provides the selected Fellows with various inputs and opportunities to learn. While every Muskan Fellow is expected to be a self-learner, Muskan fellows are also involved in community and gain excellent opportunities to interact and learn. Experiences with different children enables the fellows to learn about the life of a child. These interactions help the Fellows unlearn previous beliefs that could be based on prejudices, develop empathy for the students and gain a first hand perspective that helps them to understand the students learning problems better.
