Workshop on Improving The Effectiveness of IMS System
The Management Representative (MR) office of IMS organised a one day workshop on 20th Sep 2022 for IMS co-ordinators to 'Improve The Effectiveness Of IMS System' at Head office. All IMS co-ordinators actively participated in the workshop with great zeal, making the session extremely interactive with value-addition to IMS.
Following are some activities that were undertaken-
- Feedback from SPOCs on Effectiveness of IMS at HO - Actions to Start doing, Stop doing, Continue doing
- Clarifications of requirements on RC 14K and ISO 9K - This was beneficial to all especially the new SPOCs who have undergone recent training
- IMS Expectations (MR Office Expectations) from each Spoc
- Group Activities - Preparation of Internal Audit Questionnaires - Winner and Runner-Up announced
- Case Studies (Best Non-conformity report writing) - Winner and Runner-Up announced
Mr. Sivakumar Shanmugam, Head - Quality & Regulatory Affairs engaged the participants of this workshop by closely interacting with almost 22 IMS co-ordinators representing various functions of Head Office (HO). At the end of the workshop, Mr. Chandan Singh and Mr. Prasad Vasant Joglekar interacted and recognised the participants through citations and prizes.
