We as an organisation lead by examples and we take every possible step to encourage and empower the female colleagues working in our offices and manufacturing facilities. Taking forward the same ideology, at the Vilayat site, bicycles were provided to the female employees for easy movement within the premises. This step was welcomed and appreciated by everyone. The occasion was made more memorable by the presence of President - Operations, Mr. Vijay Kumar Srivastava and the site leadership team, along with our most valuable assets - our colleagues.

Emergency Response Team Training
Emergency Response Team Training is an important tool for Emergency Preparedness Plan and Business Risk Management.
The team at the Vilayat site had organised 2 days ERT certification training on 22nd & 23rd December ’23 at the plant. All the necessary equipments are available in the premises to face any kind of emergency situation but it is necessary for everyone to know how to handle the same if the situation arises. The training session was a crucial one where the participants learned how to operate the equipments and what precautionary measures needs to be taken to keep ourselves and our colleagues safe when an emergency occurs.
Emerging Leader Excellence’ was conducted at Vilayat site on 15th December 2023.
The unique training was led by Miss Kanan Joshi which saw active participation from the team members present and it also saw some team-building and collaboration activities. It was a full-day training which was interactive, engaging and energetic. The employees were very pleased post the session and appreciated the quality of content which was a precious take away.
Yellow Belt
The "Yellow Belt" workshop was organised for the selected participants at Bharuch, Vilayat site on 6th December 2023.
The deserving team members earned their yellow belt certificates at the event and took back great learnings from the workshop. Mr. Junaid Tayyab was instrumental in leading this fruitful session.
