Our contract manufacturing portfolio includes customised solutions for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industry for both cGMP and non-cGMP products.

Our solutions include route design, process development, process optimisation, scale-up and commercial manufacturing of intermediates starting from a few Kgs to Multi Metric Tons of specific products as desired by customers.

We operate through 5 world-class manufacturing sites having 13 Multi-Product Plants strictly adhering to cGMP Guidelines. Some of our strategic operations are centered at external manufacturing sites also. Most of our sites are audited by Pharma & Agro customers. Our commercial plants are equipped to handle multi-chemistry and can operate at a wide range of process conditions (-80 C to 550 C and absolute vacuum).

We have over 120 reactors (MSGL, SS, Hastelloy & Cryogenic) capable of handling 1 KL-16 KL with a total reactor volume of over 600 KL including fixed bed and fluidized bed catalytic reactors.

Our robust pilot plant capabilities include a cGMP compliant facility with 30 reactors ranging from 20-1000 L (Glass assemblies, Cryogenic Rectors, Plug Flow reactors and autoclaves. They operate at a temperature of -80 °C to 280 °C and can handle pressure upto 58 kg/cm2

We have expertise in handling 35 key technology platforms. We are specialized in Handling Grignard Reactions, Photochlorination, Bulk Chlorination and Fluorination with HF & KF at our dedicated photochlorination & fluorination facilities. Our hands-on experience on Complex Multi-Step Synthesis, Chiral Synthesis, Cyanation & Oleum processes, Fractionation by sophisticated and highly efficient structured packing-based distillation columns gives us an unmatched edge over our competitors. We added new chemistry technologies like Sugar Chemistry & Pinner Reaction in our existing Technology Platform.

GMP capabilities

  • GMP facility at Bharuch SEZ for Advanced Intermediates and API to meet your regulated market requirements.
  • Temperature, humidity and differential pressure controlled (Building management system) areas & ISO-8 (Class 1,00,000) clean rooms to avoid Cross contamination.
  • The facility has around 5-6 KL volume reactors with Combination of MSGL & SS-316 suiting your product needs.
  • GMP facility with single-pass air controls to prevent contamination.
  • Dedicated HVAC systems for each suite,Powder processing area with quarantine, FG reject material storage, FG storage with pass box.
