Jubilant Life Sciences Limited (JLL), an integrated global Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences company had announced in October 2019 about reorganisation of the businesses of the Company. Demerger of the Life Science Ingredients business with an objective to create separate and focused entities for Pharmaceuticals & Life Science Ingredients businesses respectively to unlock shareholder value.
The Company is pleased to inform that the ‘Life Sciences Ingredients’ business would stand demerged from Jubilant Life Sciences Limited to Jubilant Ingrevia Limited w. e. f. 1st February 2021 pursuant to order dated 6th January 2021 of the National Company Law Tribunal, India. For more information click here. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited is in the process of listing of its equity shares on the Indian Stock Exchanges. Both companies are majorly owned by the Jubilant Bhartia Group.

The business relationship with you will continue as usual. The Company seeks your cooperation for a smooth transition as detailed below, effective 1st February 2021:
1. The existing agreement/contracts with you will stand assigned/novated to Jubilant Ingrevia Limited.
2. All Tax Invoices/ E invoices/Commercial invoices/GST debit notes/GST credit notes/Bill of supply/Delivery challan/E waybills Bill of lading/shipping documents / needs to be issued in the name of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited.
3. All future Purchase orders/Service Orders/ Job orders will be issued by Jubilant Ingrevia Limited. All agreements/contracts would also have to be in the name of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited only.
Effective 1st February 2021, the new registration numbers and other details of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, given below, need to mention on these documents.

3. GST Registration No: As per Annexure
